Check your sign-in method
Make sure you're signing in with the same account and method (for example: Facebook or email) that you used when you created your PastBook. Using a different sign-in method may result in an empty account with no books visible.
Tip: If you’re not sure which method you used, log out and try the other one.
Book not visible after ordering
If your PastBook isn't showing up, it may be because you need to place an order to access the full PDF. After ordering, you'll receive a confirmation email with a PDF preview of your book.
Tip: If the confirmation email isn’t in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.\
Still can’t find your book?
Contact our support team and include:
- the email address or account you used to create your PastBook
- your order number, if you’ve already placed an order
