Sometimes photos may appear blank or missing in your PastBook. This can happen for several reasons.
Common causes
Source changes: If your photos were imported from Facebook or another social media platform, the platform may have changed its code, causing some photos to fail to load.
Upload interruption: If you ordered from the app and the upload was interrupted, some photos may not have been received.
Photo limit: When creating a book from Facebook, the system can import a maximum of approximately 580 photos per time range. Photos beyond this limit are not included automatically.
Always review your book preview before placing an order. Look through every page to make sure all photos are displaying correctly. You can:
Replace missing photos with new ones.
Delete blank pages to remove them from the book.
Add photos manually to fill gaps.
