If your printed PastBook looks different from what you expected, here is what to do.
Compare with the online preview
The printed book is produced exactly as shown in the online preview. PastBook does not alter, modify, or change the content of your book. Open your book online and compare it with the printed version.
If the printed book matches the online preview
If the printed version looks the same as the online version, the book was printed correctly. Common issues that can be resolved before ordering include:
Cropped photos: Adjust zoom on individual photos before ordering. See My photos are cropped or cut off.
Missing captions: Captions need to be turned on before ordering. See How to show, hide, or edit captions.
Wrong cover: The cover photo can be changed before ordering. See How to change the cover photo.
If the printed book does NOT match the online preview
If you see differences between the printed book and the online version (wrong photos, printing errors, color problems), contact PastBook support at help@pastbook.com with:
Your order number.
Photos of the printed book showing the issue.
A description of the difference.
We will investigate and find a solution for you.
