Steps
Email PastBook support at help@pastbook.com immediately.
Include your order number or the email address used to place the order.
Provide the corrected shipping address.
Can the address always be changed?
Before production: We can update the address.
During or after production: We will check with our printing and shipping team. If the book has already shipped, the address cannot be changed.
If your book is returned due to an incorrect address
If your book is returned to our printing facility because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you by email to confirm the correct address before reshipping.
