The cancellation window is 30 mins from the time of order.

To cancel your order within the cancellation window, contact PastBook support immediately at help@pastbook.com.
After the cancellation window
Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. The book is printed and shipped as ordered.
Want to make changes instead of cancelling?
If you want to make changes to your book or shipping address after ordering, contact PastBook support at help@pastbook.com as soon as possible. We can place your order on hold while you make changes, but only if production has not started.
