Check your email inbox for a shipping confirmation email from PastBook
No tracking email?
Check your spam or junk folder.
If your order was placed recently, your book may still be in production. Tracking information is only available after the book is shipped. Production usually takes 3-5 working days.
Some shipments to remote destinations may have limited tracking. If you do not receive tracking information within a few days of the expected ship date, contact PastBook support at help@pastbook.com.
Tracking shows delivered but I did not receive it
Check with your neighbour's — the package may have been left with them.
Check your local post office or mailroom.
If you still cannot find the package, contact PastBook support at help@pastbook.com with your order details.
