Here is what to expect after you complete checkout.
Order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and an e-book preview (PDF) of the complete book. Review the preview carefully — the printed book will match exactly what is shown.
Production
Your book enters production at our printing facility. During this time, your order status will show as "In Production."
Shipping
Once your book is printed, it will be shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information when available. See How to find your tracking information.
Order on hold
In some cases, your order may be placed on hold if we notice an issue (incomplete address, missing photos, or a book that exceeds the page limit). If this happens, we will contact you by email. Please respond so we can proceed with your order. See My order is on hold.
If you ordered from the app
After ordering from the PastBook iOS or Android app, your phone needs to upload the full-resolution photos to our servers. Keep the app open and your phone unlocked during this process. Your order status will update to "Printing" once all photos are received.
