Have you placed the order and the status is still "Uploading..."? This means some of the photos are still being uploaded to the book and we have not yet been able to proceed. Don't worry, we'll help you with this!
If this happens, please try:
- Keeping the app open for a moment (without the screen going into sleep mode)
- "Kill" the app completely (completely close it by swiping up, from the bottom of the page) and reopen the app again
- Go to the App Store and double-check if there's any new version of the App available. If there is, please go ahead and update the App. Now please open the App again
-If the photos still don't upload completely, please try restarting your phone
