- Your book will look great. In case it was damaged, misprinted or lost in the mail, we will reprint and send you a new copy free of charge.
- We want to make sure that your book's quality is outstanding. In case of minor quality issues, we will contact you and fix the problem together.
- Want to make changes? No problem. Your order can be cancelled or edited within 4 hours, before your book goes into production. If we don't receive any communication within 4 hours, your book will be printed and shipped. After this period, it is no longer possible to make changes or to ask for a refund (Not applicable for Australia and New Zealand)
- We do not alter the content of the photo books in any way, unless you ask us to. If you would like us to optimize your book by changing the images, texts or other assets, try using our Elite service. Just send us your photos, and a professional designer will create a gorgeous photo book, tailored specifically to you.
