- Your photos will look great. In case it was damaged, misprinted or lost in the mail, we will reprint and send you a new copy free of charge.
- We want to make sure that the quality is outstanding. In case of minor quality issues, we will contact you and fix the problem together.
- Want to make changes? No problem. Your order can be cancelled or edited within 4 hours, before your book goes into production. Please make sure to contact us within the 4 hours so we can place the order on hold, otherwise, your order will be printed and shipped. After this period, it is no longer possible to make changes or to ask for a refund.
- We do not alter the content of the order in any way, unless you ask us to. If you are unable to make some corrections in the book, just let us know and we would be happy to help!
